Ingredients
1 packet gluten free bread
Olive oil spread
Surimi Mayonnaise
2 cans Heinz shredded chicken
2 stalks chopped celery
Salt
Pepper
How To
- Butter bread with olive oil spread and set aside
- Cut celery stalks in half lengthwise and then chop into mini pieces
- Add the shredded chicken, quarter cup mayonnaise, salt and pepper and combine
- Spread thickly over gluten free bread and cut cut sandwiches in half diagonally, removing crusts
- Serve with milk and blueberries (optional)
