Gluten Free Chicken Mayo Sandwiches

Ingredients

1 packet gluten free bread

Olive oil spread

Surimi Mayonnaise

2 cans Heinz shredded chicken

2 stalks chopped celery

Salt

Pepper

How To

  1. Butter bread with olive oil spread and set aside
  2. Cut celery stalks in half lengthwise and then chop into mini pieces
  3. Add the shredded chicken, quarter cup mayonnaise, salt and pepper and combine
  4. Spread thickly over gluten free bread and cut cut sandwiches in half diagonally, removing crusts
  5. Serve with milk and blueberries (optional)
