Being a college who is frequently stretched on time and money, this recipe is a favourite. Again focussing on using up the content of the fridge, this recipe uses minimal ingredients, and is cheap, quick, filling and super yummy.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons Aioli sauce
- 2- 3 eggs
- Chopped shallot bunch
- Salt
- Pepper
- White bread
- Butter
Method
- Place eggs in saucepan of boiling water, and simmer for 8 minutes or till hardboiled
- Wash with cold water and peel. Chop into small rough pieces.
- Add aioli sauce to coat eggs.
- Add chopped shallot and mix. Season with salt and pepper accordingly.
- Spoon over bread.
