Shirazi Salad
Ingredients 1 whole Roma tomato 2 cucumbers Half red onion 1 lime, quartered Lemon juice Rock salt Indian black salt Coriander Method Dice ingredients and combine with lemon juice, black salt and rock salt. Garnish with coriander and lime. Serve alongside curries or with grilled chicken and yoghurt.
