What you will need
one packet ready to eat naan
fresh mozzarella
garlic
parmesean (optional)
tomato sauce
butter
olive oil
cherry tomato, diced
Method
- mix one tablespoon tomato sauce with one tablespoon water to create a pizza sauce base
- butter naan
- spread tomato sauce over naan
- add diced tomato on top
- drizzle with olive oil
- tear and add fresh mozzarella
- sprinkle on cheese
- heat in oven for 15 mins
