I have a slight pasta addiction and was also trying to use up some of the stuff in my pantry. This is a super quick, short cut creamy cheat version and can literally be done all in one dish.


Ingredients
Shell pasta
Cream of chicken soup
Basil
Tomato sauce
Parmeseam cheese
1/2 cup pre made chicken schnitzel – diced (optional)
Method
Add 1 cup pasta, soup and chicken schnitzel all in a microwave container or rice cooker.
Boil for 15-20 mins
Drain excess sauce
Mix in half teaspoon of tomato sauce and pinch of basil
Serve with cheese, pepper and salt.
