Easy Chicken Pasta

Spaghetti

Parmesean Cheese

Minced Garlic

Oyester sauce

Butter

Chicken stock powder

Cherry tomatoes

Chicken schnitzel

Dice chicken schnitzel

Boil spaghetti. To save time and cleanup I boiled spaghetti in a rectangular rice cooker.

Drain pasta and reserve half the water

Add butter, minced garlic, stock powder to a pan on low heat. Combine. Add cherry tomatoes, and chicken schnitzel. Fry for a minute.

Add reserved pasta water and simmer for 5 mins. Add in rest of pasta.

Mix in parmesean cheese, and oyester sauce, salt.

Garnish with generous amounts of cheese and pepper.

This makes approx 1 generous sized container of pasta and is enough for 2-3 meals.

To serve, heat with a little water and extra virgin olive oil or butter for 5 mins.
