I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Holi

This Holi was slightly bittersweet, since it’s the first year since my grandfather passed away. However I wanted to give a short, simple history on Holi. 

Holi precedes Diwali.

Celebrated in Spring, it is the festival of love and colour. Gulal (colour powder) is thrown along with music and dancing, paying homage to the deities
