Green Juice Recipes

This is a combination of green juices which have anti inflammatory properties, and are great for renal health or if you just want to do a juice detox. 

Coriander Juice 

2-3 stalks fresh coriander 

Lemon juice 

Salt 

Water 

Wash coriander in warm water with baking soda. 

Rinse and chop finely. Blend with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt and water 

Serve chilled with ice 

Cucumber Juice 

1 large cucumber

Lemon juice 

Salt 

Water 

Peel cucumber. Add lemon juice, salt and water.

Blend and serve chilled with ice 

Fresh lime juice (nimbu paani

1/2 Lime

Water 

2 tablespoons stevia 

Quarter limes and cut away skin so flesh remains. Add this to stevia and water. 

Blend and serve with generous amounts of ice.
