Broccoli Soup: A Tasty Way to Get Your Veggies 🥦

You will need

1 large broccoli 

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1/4 cup Liddells Parmesean 

1/2 cup Lactose free milk 

🥛 I have used lactose free milk and cheese however you can omit these if you would like the recipe to be totally vegan or dairy free

Salt 

Pepper 

Large capacity blender

Steamer 

Roughly cut up broccoli into 1/4 inch pieces and steam for 5 mins. 

Add all ingredients excluding salt (only add half) to blender. Blend until smooth

Add salt to taste 

Serve with any warm bread and cheese of your choice or steak (optional)
