Low Carb Meals: Salmon and Broccoli

This is one of my absolute favourites! It is super easy and if bought in bulk can be reasonably affordable!

You will need:

250g salmon – (can use store bough with marinade or make your own)

Frozen broccoli

Marinade:

Combine:

Olive Oil

Garlic

Lemon

Salt and Pepper

Rub onto salmon and marinade for half an hour

In a sizzling pan, gently pan fry till golden brown on both sides.

Remove salmon and add broccoli

Serve HOT.!!!
